Useful informations

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

If you expect to arrive after 8:00 PM, please inform the property.
Check-out, with delivery of parking passes and apartment keys, must be done between 8:00 am and no later than 10:00 am on the day of departure (unless otherwise agreed).
Guests are requested to leave the apartment tidy, clean and free of rubbish.

In case of cancellation within 30 days before the start of the stay, they will be entitled to a refund of the deposit of 50% (or a voucher will be issued equal to the amount of the deposit paid which can be used within 12 months from the date of issue).
Cancellations sent beyond this limit will not be entitled to any refund.

Reservations are valid only if followed by a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount.
The deposit must be sent within a maximum of 15 days from the booking date.
The balance of the amount of the stay will be paid upon delivery of the apartment keys.

Upon arrival, the customer must pay a security deposit (in cash) of € 100/150 which will be returned upon return of the apartment, which must be in the same condition in which it was delivered.
It is not possible to exceed the agreed number of people.
People added on request where possible with supplement

Possibility of having bed linen and towels changed midweek.

Air conditioning

A coin-operated washing machine is available for common use.
Iron and ironing board.

Small pets allowed on request with supplement.
They are welcome if small and well behaved.

Final cleaning is already included in the price.
The customer is still required to leave the kitchenette clean and tidy with all the dishes washed, under penalty of paying a supplement of €30.
 

We guarantee a parking space for all our apartments.
The Residence has two parking lots, managed by us based on availability and vehicle type. One is inside the building and the other is 500 meters away, with an entrance pass and surveillance.

Bicycles with child seats are also available for free use by our customers.
